Some weekends need the whole place. A wedding where everyone stays over. A big birthday. The family, finally in one spot. A crowd down for the racing who’d rather not be split across three hotels.

So take the lot. Every room at The Falcon is yours from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, with breakfast both mornings, and the bar and kitchen downstairs doing what they do best. No strangers on the landing, no juggling check-ins, one booking and one bill.

£2,750 for the weekend — Friday and Saturday night, all eleven rooms, breakfast both mornings.

What you get

Eleven rooms for up to 22 guests. Two nights. Cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Check-in from 3pm Friday, out by 11am Sunday. Your own key to the front door, so nobody’s waiting up for the stragglers.

Eat and drink

The Nest, our dining room, seats 40 and is yours for a private dinner on Friday or Saturday night. Menus start at three courses for £35 a head, and we’ll build one around what you’re celebrating. Or keep it simple and eat in the bar with everyone else — the roast is on all day Sunday.

Stay Sunday

Nobody wants to pack a car on a Sunday morning. Add Sunday night for £50 a room when your party books in for Sunday lunch, and the weekend gets a proper ending: a long roast, a lie-in, and home on Monday.

The bits you’d expect. The Whole Falcon is Friday and Saturday night, all eleven rooms, for up to 22 guests. Prices include VAT and breakfast. A 25% deposit confirms your dates and is non-refundable; the balance is due 14 days before you arrive. If the balance isn’t paid by then, we’ll release the rooms and keep the deposit. Race weekends, bank holidays, Christmas week and New Year’s Eves are priced separately — just ask. The Sunday Sleepover is £50 a room, room only, as a third night after the Friday and Saturday, and needs Sunday lunch booked for the guests staying. We’ll ask for a name per room six weeks before you arrive. Dogs are welcome in Rooms 1 to 4 at £10 a night, as long as they’re never left in the room on their own. We’re a pub, so the bar’s open to locals downstairs — the rooms, the landing and The Nest are yours.
